Image plan idea

Ok so the images are going to be on A6 so that they can be done quicker and so that i don't have to buy extortionate amounts of paper. I'm working illustration on a budget.
Instead of a theme i'm going to have a recurring element. The recurring element will be free standing water which i've been playing around with in my work at the moment.
With each image the water segment can fluctuate up and down so that there seems to be a part of the images moving even though it will just be photos of different pictures.

I'm going to use the same colour scheme over all the images so that they link and then where the water is i want contrasting colours; like this:
